It is that time of year again when we hunt for our Christmas Decorations ready to decorate the tree and our home.
Some of my decorations are as old as me and have been passed down through the generations. I love the fact that there is always a decoration in my home that has some history behind it.
Another family tradition in our household is to buy a new decoration every year, as upon opening my Christmas decoration boxes there are always a few decorations that end up looking a little worse for wear given their age, so I tuck them gently back into their boxes and plan my next purchase.
This year I will be purchasing a new Christmas Wreath door decoration. I normally purchase a fresh wreath every year, but this year I wanted to try something a little different from the normal holly and berries wreath , I was looking for a wreath that I could keep and enjoy for many years to come.
After researching for some alternative Christmas wreath ideas I stumbled across some stunning dried fruit wreaths, not only do they smell amazing (think cinnamon, clove and all the other delightful scents we associate with Christmas) they look fantastic too!
There are so many wonderful options available when it comes to Christmas wreaths, dried chilli wreaths, dried fruit wreaths and dried lavender wreaths to name a few. Your wreath doesn’t even have to be the traditional circular shape, why not try a heart shaped lavender wreath to adorn your door this Christmas. So this year why not try an alternative wreath to decorate your door.
