How do I use this website?

We've tried to make the lavenderworld website easy and fun to use. Browse through the categories to view what's available, or use the search box to look for specific products. When you find what you're after simply add it to your basket and proceed to the checkout when you're ready to pay for your shopping. You can manage your account online and can even check the progress of your orders using our tracking system.

How does the basket work?

The basket is very much like a real shopping basket: find the products you'd like to buy and place them in your basket before going to the checkout.

When do I have to log in?

To make online shopping safe and secure, you'll have to log in when you're submitting payment or personal details.


What happens if I forget my password?

Type in your email address and we'll send you a unique email so you can reset it.

How can I pay for my order?

VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron or Solo.
We currently only accept cards issued by a UK bank - find out more about ordering from overseas.

How do I track my order?

Go to my account - your www.lavenderworld.co.uk orders are stored there. You can keep an eye on the progress of your current online order as well as view past ones.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes, you can cancel an order - give our friendly Customer Services team a call on 01653 648 008. However, we are unable to make changes to an order.

I've got a code/voucher - how do I redeem it?

If you have a code, then simply enter it into the 'coupon code' box in your basket, and click 'go'. The value of the coupon will automatically be deducted from the relevant product in your order.

How do I add to my order once I have submitted it?

Just call our Customer Services team on 01653 648 008 and they will be happy to help you.
